Hello again friends,

I don’t know about you, but I love all things bookish. Give me a cute bookmark that matches the colors of the book I am reading. Give me a pillow designed specifically for my Kindle. Basically anything that will make my reading experience just a little sweeter.

Now I know that these things are not a need by any means. They are all wants. Did I need the customized embosser for my books? No absolutely not. But does it bring me joy? You bet your bottom dollar it does.

I have decided that I want to do more things that bring my joy, and that includes having some adorable (and useful) bookish accessories to bring along my reading journey.

Here is a list of my top favorite things I currently have to cozy up to my book with:

  1. Kindle Scribe - I love this because not only can you read all of your e-books on it, you can also write! It’s pretty sweet. I use it every single day for journaling, note taking, and of course - reading.

  2. Kindle/Book Pillow - This is such a nice way to hold your book upright while sitting on the couch or snuggled in bed.

  3. Kindle/Book Stand - I don’t use this to read from my Kindle, but I like to use it to display it on my desk when it’s not being used.

  4. Kindle Page Turner - nothing is better than being curled up in your mountain of blankets and not having to take your hands out to turn the page. It’s luxury really.

  5. Heart Corner Bookmarks - these are so sweet. I like to use these when I read a romance novel.

  6. Amber Book Light - I love that this has 4 different light level settings all in a relaxing amber hue. Perfect for reading late at night.

  7. Van Gogh Bookmarks - I love art of all kinds, so this just brings a little more happy to my books.

  8. Highlighters - Now, I’m not the biggest annotator, but when a quote or line just really stands out to me, I want to make sure it’s highlighted for next time.

  9. Annotator Kit - This is just the basics for me. I do like to tab certain pages, and the semi clear post-its are pretty cool. I am not a fan of writing on the actual pages of the books, so this is handy.

  10. Feather Bookmark - I actually got this one as a gift from one of my bestest friends. I save it for any of my fantasy books I read :)

Like I said before, I don’t need any of this stuff to be able to enjoy my books. I just like them…a lot.

What are some accessories that you can’t live without?

Until next time,

Brittany
